CONSTANCE MOLLICK


Ms. Mollick joined the law firm of Abraham, Lerner & Arnold, LLP as of counsel in July 2008. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate at Hahn & Hessen LLP in their corporate finance department documenting and negotiating secured loan transactions.

Ms. Mollick is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She graduated cum laude in 1994 from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in English. Ms Mollick attended Brooklyn Law School and received her Juris Doctor in 1997. She began her legal career as a Trial Attorney and Litigator for a small New York City law firm and then moved on to become in house counsel at a Fortune 500 company working extensively with secured loan transactions including factoring and asset based finance.

Ms. Mollick, her husband and two children reside in Jericho, New York.
