CHARLES M. ARNOLD
Charles “Marty” Arnold has represented hundreds of clients and recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. His extensive and unique experience in negligence and personal injury law makes him particularly well suited to handle serious injury claims. He began his career working as an “insurance defense attorney” for two well respected defense firms in Manhattan. Prior to joining ALA as a partner in January of 2003, Mr. Arnold handled all types of personal injury matters in both state and federal court. That experience included trial practice against some of the most well known “plaintiffs’ lawyers” in the New York metropolitan area. In successfully handling those various matters for many different clients and insurance companies, Mr. Arnold developed a strong ability to correctly analyze and litigate serious negligence claims.
Presently, Mr. Arnold devotes most of his time to the representation of seriously injured individuals in their claims against all responsible parties. He prides himself on giving his clients and all parties to a case the dignity and respect they deserve. He believes in exhaustive trial preparation and the diligent prosecution of all claims.
Mr. Arnold graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1995. While in law school , he received distinction as an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He participated in both the Saul Lefkowitz National Trademark Law Moot Court Competition and the Texas Young Lawyers Association’s National Trial Competition. He also graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island in 1992.
Mr. Arnold is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern District of New York. He is also an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
