JONATHAN D. ABRAHAM
A member of the firm, has been representing policyholders against insurance companies on questions of policy coverage ever since he was admitted to practice. Mr. Abraham has successfully litigated property, business, life and disability insurance claims in cases where coverage had been denied.
Mr. Abraham's other practice areas include Real Estate Law, Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Law. Whether it be buying, selling or leasing real property, starting a business or selling an existing one, Mr. Abraham guides and advises his clients with patience and an intimate understanding of the law. Mr. Abraham has also served as counsel to various corporations, both public and privately held.
Mr. Abraham graduated Bucknell University in 1993 with a dual degree in Economics and Religion. He then received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1996. He is currently admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and Connecticut, the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
